What do I do if I've forgotten my password or my Iberia Plus account has been blocked?

If you've forgotten your password, you'll have to click on “Login > Forgotten your password?” (at the top right-hand corner of the website) and enter your email or Iberia Plus number (if your email is linked to more than one Iberia Plus account). We'll send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Remember, you will need to change this password within 3 hours. You should also delete your browser history and passwords on before you carry out this process.

If the password has expired, follow the instructions prompted by the system when you enter it. Remember, you must choose a different password. You can change it in the following menu: My Profile > Account Settings > Security and Login.

If your account has been blocked, contact us via this form.

Your Iberia Plus card never needs to be reactivated, not even after a period of inactivity.
