Travelling more comfortably
Trips can be more comfortable and convenient if a number of tips are followed:
Pressure changes. It is advisable to not eat heavy food or food that causes flatulence the ay before you fly. Our onboard menus are designed to avoid using ingredients that may cause discomfort.
Humidity. Humidity inside the aircraft is lower than normal, which may cause a slightly dehydrating effect. Avoiding alcohol and coffee from the day before you fly may be helpful.
Space and movement. The space available and possibility of movement are limited. We recommend wearing loose-fitting clothing and stowing hand luggage in a position where it will not hinder free leg movement.
