Hello, how can I help you?

How do I travel with an sssistance dog?

An assistance animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to perform tasks to help a person with a physical, sensory, mental or intellectual disability.

You can take your trained dog as a service animal on board any of our flights free of charge and in the case of flights from or to the USA you can take as many as two.

The acceptance requirements regarding the dog's documents, vaccinations and liability waiver are the same as for all other pets.

To travel to the United Kingdom with your guide dog, you have to go through a series of procedures established by the Department of the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs "DEFRA" to avoid the country's compulsory six months' quarantine on pets.

Persons with Reduced Mobility will not be charged for transporting basic items which facilitate their mobilityor other auxiliary essential items in the case of disability.
