Hello, how can I help you?

Can I carry an oxygen concentrator (CPAP), apnoea breathing device or similar on board? And dialysis equipment?

CPAP machines, oxygen concentrators and other similar respiratory devices are permitted on board. To avoid problems at security controls and on board, these items of equipment must be properly marked with a tag indicating that they have been approved for use on aircraft by the FAA, or alternatively they must be accompanied by documentation confirming this fact.

Dialysis equipment can travel free without forming part of any excess allowed on your ticket, with a weight limit of 50 kg, and all medical supplies for dialysis doses covering two days.
Acceptance of embarkation does not require authorisation, provided their use in fight is not necessary. Otherwise, contact Serviberia to ask for medical authorisation.

We recommend you pack the equipment correctly to prevent damage to it in handling.
