What should I do if I see that the Avios I have earned for a flight have not been credited to my account?

Claims for Avios not credited and which are marketed by the Iberia Group (Iberia, Iberia Express and Iberia Regional/Air Nostrum), Airberlin (and Niki Airlines), American Airlines, British Airways or S7 (and Globus LLC), shall be managed exclusively through www.iberia.com in  Iberia/My Avios/Non-credited Avios.

For journeys taken with other airlines associated with the Programme, you should send the Iberia Plus Service Centre a copy of the plane ticket or the e-ticket itinerary receipt and the original boarding pass (for flights that do not require a boarding pass, you will need to include a copy of the ticket or the original passenger coupon certificate).

If you are an Iberia Plus card holder, please remember that if you are travelling on Iberia flights operated by Vueling (code IB5XXX), you must give your Iberia Plus card number when buying your ticket as you will not be able to claim the Avios after taking the flight. You can check your Avios balance in you private area in Balance and movements. Here you will find past movements up to 14 months back. For earlier movements, check with your Iberia Plus Service Centre.
